JOB SUMMARY:
Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff, planning and evaluating department activities by managing all resources at the branch location in such a manner that produces continued growth and acceptable profit for the Company as outlined below.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
  • Establishes strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information; identifying and evaluating trends and options; choosing a course of action; defining objectives; evaluating outcomes.
  • Safeguards branch operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols. Maintain all buildings and property in a clean and safe condition, and notify the Company or landlord when a problem exists.
  • Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
  • Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems; identifying trends; recommending/implementing operational improvements.
  • Maintain and increase existing customer sales. To be constantly searching out new customers and developing better ways of servicing customers to make a profit. To sell all market segments mandated by the Company.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
  • Ability to interact with senior management, support staff, clients, corporate, and field personnel as needed.
  • Lift and move boxes of product weighing up to seventy (70) pounds, unassisted.
  • Speak, write, and understand the English language.
